Dear Friends,

Today we enter the Season for Non-Violence, based on the work of Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi and Cesar Chavez. The season begins on the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, January 30, and ends on the anniversary of the death of Martin Luther King, April 4. This gives us 64 days to practice loving compassion, self-care, non-violent communication, and to become witnesses to ourselves and our lives.

Below are listed 64 daily practices which I invite each one of us to engage in.
